Open Microsoft Outlook 2000

Click on the 'Tools' menu and click 'Accounts...'

This is the 'Internet Accounts' main window. Click the 'Add' button and then 'Mail' to set
up a new account.

Type your name, following the example, and click the 'Next' button.

Enter your email address and click the 'Next' button.

Type in 'pop.yourdomain.com' (e.g., pop.yourbusiness.com) as the incoming mail server and
type in your Internet Provider's SMTP server (contact them if you're not sure what it is) as the outgoing
mail server. Click the 'Next' button.

Enter your email address as the 'Account name'. Enter your password as the 'password' (making
sure that you use the proper (upper/lower) case. Be sure to check 'Remember password' if you'd like your
password saved. Click the 'Next' button.

Click the 'Finish' button to complete the setting up of your new account.

Click the 'Close' button on the 'Internet Accounts' window. Outlook 2000 is now configured to
download your mail!
